Ellwood City

Ellwood City is a small town primarily in Lawrence County, Pa, with a small portion located in Beaver County, Pa. Ellwood was initially built on industry. These days you can stroll down Lawrence Ave. and visit one of the many unique small businesses that make this town so special.

 

Beaver

Beaver County is one of the best places to live in Pennsylvania. Residing in Beaver offers residents a dense suburban feel. This area offers a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Brighton Township

Founded in 1816, Brighton Township is beautiful & serene area located within minutes of Beaver Borough. As of the 2020 census this township had almost 8,800 residents. Katina was honored to be interviewed for an article on Brighton. Click HERE to read all about it!

North Sewickley

North Sewickley Township is located in Beaver County, Pa. North Sewickley was formed in 1801, when Sewickley Township was divided into North Sewickley and New Sewickley. Zelienople

Zelienople is a small town located along the southern bank of the Connoquenessing Creek.  Nothing describes the town better than their motto "A Modern Place with Old fashioned Grace". You will feel just that as you pop in and out of the beautiful and unique store fronts on the main strip. The local fare is just as big of an attraction, if not more so.

Chippewa Township

Chippewa Township is a rural community located in Beaver County.  Chippewa serves as a hub to a diverse collection of restaurants and various businesses. The township was established in 1816. The population was 8,040 as of the 2020 census. Chippewa is a desirable area and home of Blackhawk School District.

Cranberry Township

Cranberry Township is a township located in Butler County Pennsylvania. It was established in 1804 and named for the wild cranberries which grew along the Brush Creek. You'll never run out of things to do in this rapidly growing community. This area is packed with restaurants, shopping, parks and so much more! All the conveniences without living in the city.

Neshannock Township

Neshannock Township is a mixture of quaint and cozy neighborhoods, as well as, grand residential areas. Neshannock is located in Lawrence County. This area offers its residents the small community feel while remaining in close proximity to all the modern conveniences. Be sure to visit and check out all that Pearson Park has to offer.

 

Patterson Township

Patterson Township is located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Named after Mr. James Patterson on April 13, 1841. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 1.64 square miles (4.25 km2), of which 0.006 square miles (0.015 km2), or 0.35%, is water.
